The New Law brought into play by the Department Of Home Affairs, requires all children under the age of 18 years, who are going to either travel from South Africa or who are going to travel to South Africa to visit, to be in possession of an UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE, has made life somewhat difficult for a lot of people.
